Currently, Phnom Penh is one of the fastest-growing cities in Southeast Asia, boasting high-end cuisine, a vibrant arts scene, and a wide variety of markets. Phnom Penh is a worthwhile destination and serves as a convenient base for exploring the rest of the country.
